We aim to reply on business days, within 2 business days at the latest.

Please include

• The app or game name and version (shown in the in-app settings or on the store page)
• Your device model and operating system version (e.g. iPhone 15, iOS 19 · Samsung A55, Android 16)
• When the problem happens and the steps that lead to it
• A screenshot or screen recording, if you have one

Purchases and refunds

In-app purchases and subscriptions are made through the App Store or Google Play; we never see your payment details. Refunds follow the store's own rules: reportaproblem.apple.com for the App Store, and “Order history” in Google Play.

If something you bought is missing, try “Restore purchases” in the app; if it persists, e-mail us with the order number and we'll help.

Privacy and data deletion

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is processed. To have your account or data deleted, follow the steps on the Data deletion request page.
