This notice explains how personal data you share while using maybedigital.com is processed, including under Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

What data we process

• Contact form: your name, e-mail address, (optionally) company, the service you're interested in, budget range and message.
• Maybe Bot: the messages you write to the assistant. They are used to produce an answer and are not stored on the site.
• E-mail and WhatsApp: what you share when you write to us directly.
• Technical data: IP address, browser details and request time, kept briefly in server logs for abuse prevention (rate limits) and security.
• Copy detection: if our content is opened on another domain, that page's address and the visit's technical details are recorded for security.

Cookies

We use no advertising, tracking or analytics cookies. A small flag is written to your browser's session storage only so the office tour and assistant hints are not repeated during the same visit; it is never sent to us and is cleared when you close the browser.

Why, and on what legal basis

• To answer your request, prepare a proposal and stay in touch: steps taken at your request before a contract (KVKK art. 5/2-c).
• To keep the site secure and prevent abuse and copying: our legitimate interest.
• To meet legal obligations.

Who receives the data

We never sell personal data. It is shared only with the infrastructure providers that run the service, as far as necessary:

• Hostinger: website hosting and company e-mail (form messages are delivered by e-mail).
• AI provider (DeepSeek, People's Republic of China; Anthropic PBC, USA, as a fallback): messages you write to Maybe Bot are sent to this provider to produce an answer. This cross-border transfer happens when you send a message; please don't share your name, phone number, ID numbers, health data or other personal or sensitive information with the assistant. To share contact details for your project, use the contact form or WhatsApp.
• Public authorities: only where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep requests and correspondence for as long as our business relationship and legal retention periods require, then delete or anonymise them. Technical logs are kept briefly for security.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• learn whether your data is processed and request information about it,
• learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
• know the third parties it is transferred to, in Türkiye or abroad,
• ask for correction of incomplete or wrong data and, where the conditions are met, its deletion,
• ask that corrections or deletions be notified to third parties the data was transferred to,
• object to a result against you produced solely by automated systems,
• claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
